Course Objectives To provide a general apprehension of business law through a presentation of basic concepts, principles and institutions of the law of obligations, commercial law, intellectual property law, labor law and social security law.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to perceive and discuss properly legal issues pertaining to business activities.
  • Will be able to report on relevant basic legal concepts
  • Will be able to use correctly relevant legal terms
  • Will be able to examine legal information from different sources
  • Will be able to explain the major public authorities and institutions concerned with business.
Course Description Basic concepts of the law of obligations, general legal regime of contractual obligations, special types of contracts, basic concepts of Commercial Law, general principles of Company Law, corporations, limited liability company, negotiable instruments, unfair competition, Intellectual Property Rights, Labor Law and Social Security Law
